359Seventh is a newly constructed boutique condominium in the heart of Park Slope, New York.
With limited time between end of construction and marketing launch, we were brought in to develop a brand and website that reflected the high quality of the building without sacrificing functionality and aesthetic appeal, despite the abbreviated schedule.
We created a sophisticated wordmark that subtly evokes building address number plates without defaulting to a jarring and obvious literal connection.
Simultaneously, we drafted engaging copy for a clean and contemporary website implementation.
